It’s okay to not have it all figured out. You’re human—and you don’t have to carry it all by yourself. This is a space where you can show up as you are and begin to build toward something new.
I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Associate (LICSWA) in Washington and a registered Idaho telehealth provider. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and Sociology from Walla Walla University and have gained valuable clinical experience through my work with individuals across a range of life experiences and challenges.
My passion is supporting individuals in navigating life’s difficulties, processing emotions, and finding meaningful ways to move forward. I create a warm, non-judgmental space where your story matters. My approach is relational at its core, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you build insight, develop practical coping skills, and feel more grounded in your daily life.
When relationship challenges arise, I draw from The Gottman Method to support stronger communication, deepen emotional connection, and build healthier patterns with those who matter most.
If you’re ready to take the first step—no matter how small—it can be the beginning of something new. Healing doesn’t have to happen alone, and you are welcome here.
