Clinical Therapist Associate

It’s okay to not have it all figured out. You’re human—and you don’t have to carry everything on your own. This is a space where you can come exactly as you are, without pressure or judgment, and begin to gently move toward something new.
I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Associate (LICSWA) in Washington and a registered Idaho telehealth provider. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and Sociology from Walla Walla University, and I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from many different walks of life. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach that can help process trauma and experiences that may feel “stuck.”
My passion is walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges, make sense of their emotions, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways. I aim to create a space that feels warm, safe, and supportive—where you feel heard, understood, and never alone in what you’re facing. My approach is relational at its core, and I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR to support both insight and practical, everyday coping.
When relationship challenges come up, I also draw from The Gottman Method to help strengthen communication, deepen connection, and build healthier, more secure patterns with the people who matter most to you.
If you’re thinking about starting therapy—or even just curious—you’re welcome here. We can take it one step at a time, at a pace that feels right for you.
