Definition:
"Anchor point – A point to be touched by the draw hand or string when the bow is fully drawn and ready to shoot."

Original Logo (2015)

Updated Logo (2019)

I chose this name for my business for a few reasons. Just like in archery, practicing new behaviors or ways of thinking takes repetition and consistency. I think that with the proper tools and practice people are able to become skilled at living life well. Also, finding your anchor point when shooting a bow occurs immediately before the arrow is released. I want to be able to help people do the work that assists them in getting where they want to go in life. Just like an arrow shot from a well- practiced archer, I hope to help people find a healthy path toward hitting their target goals.”
