1-hour workshop designed to help you better understand anxiety and learn simple, practical
tools to calm your nervous system when stress shows up.
During this workshop you will learn why anxiety happens in the body and brain and how
grounding and sensory tools can help regulate your nervous system in real time.
Everyone leaves with their own Anxiety Toolkit.

What You Get: Your Own Anxiety Toolkit
Each participant will leave with a toolkit filled with grounding and sensory tools designed to
help support emotional regulation and reduce stress.
These tools are commonly used to help with: calming the nervous system, grounding during
anxiety, reducing overwhelm, and improving emotional regulation.
