Esmeralda Pedroza, MSW, LSWAIC

I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Washington State University in 2021 and went on to earn my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Walla Walla University in 2025. Over the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of working within public schools, where I’ve supported elementary, middle, and high school students, as well as their families. Being bilingual in both English and Spanish has allowed me to connect with a diverse range of clients and provide culturally competent care. I am currently licensed as a Social Worker Associate in the state of Washington (SWIA. SC. 70023517).

I believe in a person-centered approach to therapy, where the client is the expert of their own life. My role as a therapist is to walk alongside each individual, providing guidance and support as they navigate their challenges and work toward their goals. I have a deep passion for working with children and teens, and I always strive to provide a warm, compassionate, and understanding environment where clients feel safe to explore their feelings and experiences.

Durante los últimos cuatro años, he tenido el privilegio de trabajar en escuelas públicas, donde he brindado apoyo a estudiantes de primaria, secundaria y preparatoria. Ser bilingüe en Inglés y Español me ha permitido conectar con una variedad de clientes. Actualmente tengo licencia como Trabajadora Social Asociada en el estado de Washington (SWIA. SC. 70023517). 

Creo en un enfoque terapéutico centrado en la persona, donde el cliente es el experto de su propia vida. Mi trabajo como terapeuta es acompañar a cada individuo, brindándole orientación y apoyo mientras enfrenta sus desafíos y trabaja para alcanzar sus metas. Me apasiona trabajar con niños y adolescentes, y siempre me esfuerzo por ofrecer un ambiente cálido, compasivo y comprensivo donde los clientes se sientan seguros para explorar sus sentimientos y experiencias.
